Worldwide Shipping

We ship orders daily to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time.

• USPS pickup occurs daily at 2:00 PM Central Time

• UPS pickup (Monday–Friday) occurs at 3:00 PM Central Time

• In‑stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days

Returns

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrived damaged.

• Returned coffee is not accepted, except in cases of damaged delivery.

• Express shipping fees (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3‑Day Select, or any expedited service) are non‑refundable.

• Ground shipping is refundable only if our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.

Important: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours to request an exchange.
No exchanges or returns can be accepted after this window.
